This week we will begin the pre-fitness test. All grades will participate in 4 tests that will show progress toward cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. The tests will include running, pull ups, sit ups and sit and reach. This week we will attempt to complete two tests: the run and pull ups. Second through fifth grades will be doing the mile run and kindergarten and first will do the half mile run. Students will get to have some fun time with PE equipment between testing opportunities. Please bring water, it gets hot out there! GOOD LUCK!!
